Note: Refund eligibility is determined at the company's discretion following a thorough assessment of the returned product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are generally final upon placement and cannot be cancelled by the customer.

 Yoode reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

  • Suspicion of fraudulent transactions
  • Violations of our Terms of Use
  • Pricing or product description inaccuraciesInability to fulfill the order due to operational constraints

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund of any payments made.
