Onboarding Kits, Branded Well
iDynamics is a software development, graphic design, and embroidery digitising company with over 30 years of experience. They operate across four global locations with a team of 400 dedicated experts serving clients across industries. Known for blending technology with creativity, iDynamics has built a strong reputation for delivering quality work across every service they offer. With a culture that genuinely values its people, how they welcome new employees into the company matters to them. When they decided to scale up hiring, they wanted every new joiner to receive a welcome kit that reflected the company they were walking into.
iDynamics came to Yoode with a clear requirement. They were onboarding a large batch of new employees and needed branded welcome kits that would make a good first impression on day one. Each kit had to include a diary, pen, and bottle — all branded and packed neatly in a gift box. The quantity was 480 units. They had done the thinking on what should go inside. They just needed a partner who could source, brand, pack, and deliver everything without them having to manage multiple vendors. That is what brought them to Yoode.
Every single kit had to look the same. The iDynamics logoand company name had to be applied correctly across five different items — acoffee mug, diary, pen, bottle, and gift box — each with its own material andprint requirements. Any inconsistency across a batch this size would benoticeable.
Each item in the kit had a different surface, material, andbranding method. Getting the logo to look right on a ceramic mug is a differentprocess from getting it right on a diary cover or a metal bottle. Everythinghad to feel like it came from the same brand.
The kits were needed within a limited window. With 480 unitsacross multiple product types, there was no room for delays at any stage.Production had to run efficiently from the moment designs were approved.
Thegift boxes were not just containers. They were part of the first impression.Getting the box design right — with the iDynamics branding applied cleanly —was just as important as the items inside.
We took the full requirement off iDynamics and managed every part of it ourselves. Sourcing, branding, packing, and delivery — all handled in one place without them needing to follow up at every stage.
We worked on getting the branding consistent across the diary, pen, mug, and bottle first. Each item was handled with the right print method for its surface so the logo and brand details came out clean on all three.
Once the individual items were ready, we moved to packing. Each gift box was assembled neatly so the kit looked good the moment it was opened. All 480 units were completed and delivered within the agreed timeline.
We went through the full kit requirement with the iDynamics team — the products, quantities, branding guidelines, and the timeline. We confirmed how the logo and company name would be applied to each item and what finish they were looking for.
We worked on the logo placement and print specs for each product separately — the mug, diary, pen, bottle, and gift box. Each was signed off as a set so the client could see the complete kit before production started.
iDynamics reviewed the complete kit design in one round. Minor adjustments were made and confirmed quickly. Final approval came through without needing multiple rounds of changes.
All five product types went into production simultaneously. We tracked each item category to make sure the branding was applied consistently across all 480 units and that quality matched what was approved.
All kits were packed into gift boxes, assembled with all items, and delivered within the agreed timeline. Each kit arrived ready to hand directly to new employees.
