Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.

Ironing

Took longer than told

Was told 5-7 days. Got it on day 10. No communication in between. I had to reach out myself to get an update. Once it arrived the product was fine, but the delivery experience was stressful because I needed it for an event.

Packaging impressed me

It wasn't just a plastic bag. The hoodie came folded neatly with a proper wrap. When I gave it as a gift I didn't even need to open it first to know the person would feel good receiving it.

Back print was clean

I wanted a large graphic on the back. Was worried the edges would come out jagged. They didn't. Smooth lines, proper colour fill. The front chest logo was clean too. Very happy with both placements.

Gifted my dad

My dad is not easy to gift things to. But I got his favourite quote printed on the back of a hoodie in his favourite colour. He wore it the same evening. He's worn it every other day since.

Design support actually helped

I had a rough idea but no proper file. The design support team took my description and low-res reference and gave me something I could actually use. Free service. That's not something you usually get.
